That name and code don't go together, or the code has expired. Codes last fifteen minutes — ask for a new one.

Install the app
Download for AndroidAndroid will ask whether to allow installing from your browser. Say yes — the app isn't in the Play Store because it's only for your family.

Open it
Tap below once the app is installed. It will set itself up with your name and code, and you shouldn't need either again.
Open the appIf nothing happens, open the app from your home screen and enter your name and this code:
Your phone makes its own key when it sets up. It never leaves the phone, and it's what proves the call is really from you.
Something not working?
Codes expire after fifteen minutes and only work once. If yours has run out, ask for another — nothing is lost by generating a new one.
